Founder
As a former Special Forces Green Beret, Jonah spent over a decade mastering leadership, precision, and strategic thinking—skills that he now harnesses to help dental practices succeed. Jonah's intro to dentistry began through his fiancée, a dentist, and has been further enriched by his experience working in both a private practice and a large dental service organization (DSO).
In addition to his work with dental practices, Jonah has managed a successful real estate business, further honing his entrepreneurial and operational expertise. Currently, he is pursuing a Masters in Business Administration to deepen his understanding of business leadership and expand his ability to serve his clients.
Jonah’s approach to consulting is rooted in aligning financial clarity with decision making. He goes beyond traditional bookkeeping by reconciling financial data with practice management software, ensuring every detail aligns to give a complete picture of a practice’s health. This comprehensive approach allows Jonah to provide personalized strategies that help dental practices increase their profitability and long-term growth.
Dr. Larson, DMD
Clinical Advisor
Dr. Larson is a highly accomplished dentist with advanced training in all dental specialties through the U.S. Air Force’s prestigious Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. Currently serving as a Captain at Tinker Air Force Base, she oversees critical dental programs and provides expert care to active duty personnel. Her extensive credentials include certifications in IV sedation, oral sedation, forensic identification, and advanced cardiac life support, making her a leader in providing comprehensive and safe patient care.
Dr. Larson graduated from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine where she has been a recipient of various awards for her clinical excellence. As the Clinical Advisor for Red Empire Consulting Group, she leverages her expertise to provide actionable clinical insights that help dental practices improve patient care and operational efficiency.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Larson has a passion for horseback riding and eventing—a love that stems from her upbringing in sunny San Diego.
